  • Spring Mountain State Park

"A Gentlemen's Guide to Love and Murder"  starts at 7:05 PM.

Date changed to Friday, 20 Sept

The Super Summer Theatre at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park is presenting another great summer season of music, dancing, and comedy.

The Third event "A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder" is scheduled for 1905 hours, Friday, 20 September 2024 at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. Ticket price is $22.50 and there is a $10.00 per car entrance fee to the park. Veterans and those with a state park pass can enter for free.

When low-born Monty Navarro discovers he is eighth in line of the wealthy D’ysquith family, he begins down a hysterically ghoulish path on his way to the earldom. Will his cunning plot be uncovered, or will he be named the ninth Earl of Highhurst? And what about the two charming young women who have the would-be earl in their sights?

Who will win his heart? With many twists along the way, the outcome is delightfully uncertain until the curtain falls.

Based on the 1907 novel The Autobiography of a Criminal and Sir Alec Guinness’

1949 comic film Kind Hearts and Coronets, Gentleman’s Guide is filled with unforgettable music and non-stop laughs…not to mention a tour-de-force performance as one actor plays all eight members of the ill-fated D’Ysquith family.

Call Michael Barrett 702-371-2117 to reserve a chair on the meadow.

The parking lot opens at 5:00 PM and the gate to the meadow opens at 6:00 PM.

The cost is $22.50 for each ticket, plus the state now requires that all entrants pay a $10.00 per vehicle, park entrance fee.  If possible, you may want to carpool with others to save the drive and the extra fee.

Tickets are available at the Super Summer Theatre website at the following link:
