Hiking activities will resume on May 23rd.

We will meet at the Target store on Cheyenne near US 95 at 0800, or at the lower Bristle Cone parking lot at 0830.

Clothing will be dictated by the weather, but should include at least heavy soled boots or shoes, a hat, water or other fluids for a 3 hour hike, snacks or something more substantial, sunscreen, hiking poles, and gloves (optional).

This is a moderately strenuous hike, with a starting altitude of 8300'.  Small pockets of snow may be on the trail, so I suggest you wear long pants.
