Hello tent campers.  Duck Creek is located about 40 miles East of Cedar City, Utah.  The campground and surrounding area offer a multitude of activities like hiking, biking, canoeing, and fishing.  The cost is $5 per person per night.  If you are unable to stay the full 4 nights, come for the weekend.

There is a small store in Duck Creek to pick up anything forgotten.  Cabins can be rented for the less hardy outdoor people, but you must make your own arrangements.

The altitude is 8,600 feet and some may be affected.  Also, the temperatures average 70s during the day and upper 40s at night.

Suggested clothing are numerous layers, heavy boots or shoes, hat(s), hiking poles, gloves, etc.  We usually share snacks, drinks, and main dishes.
