1. The Annual LVSSC Kick-Off party and Bar-B-Que will be held again at Floyd Lamb-Tule Springs Park located at 9200 Tule Springs Road on Saturday, 05 October 2019, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM in Group Area 3.  

2. The price will be $25.00, per person for current members or lapsed members who renew.  The event is free for new (first time)members who pay their $45.00 membership dues at the event. If you chose not to join or renew, the price is $30. Membership forms will be available at the event for those who want to join or renew, or they are available on this website so you can pre-fill them and print them out to save time. 

3. The entrance fee to the park is $6.00 per carload; but free if you can carpool with a veteran.

4. The deadline for payment is on or before 30 September 2019. You can pay any board member, in person, at club events, or mail your payment to:
